YHFC were all but humiliated by a team of Poles at the Roko Stadium last night. A crushing 14-0 defeat was a fair result by a team who were fitter, stronger and better than the Jambos. Having a slightly depleated side didn,t help but the result would not have been much different if a full squad had been available. It was not all doom and gloom, there were some great performances on the pitch, with Gavstro Aitchison and Kev Jones putting in a gritty performance and Rich Jono putting in a second MOM performance on the trott with another string of outstanding saves.
After the game saw why YHFC are well regarded at Roko when even after a thumping like that, the team went on to play a five-a-side match because a team hadn,t turned up, well done lads!!
The team was Rich Jono, Stampy, Bruno, Ninja, Droopy Drawers, Barcs, Kev, Ghandi and Gavstro. The MOM was the outstanding Rich Jono.
Oh, and afterwards we had beer and curry!!!!!!!!!

Can I point out that 3 of the Polska players are ex-topflight professionals in Poland, with the chunky 40 year old baldy at the back (for them, not to be mistaken for Bri Dall as he was off pitch injured) has played over 100 games including UEFA cup.
14 ain't such a bad result really!
