York Hearts' latest foray into the world of 11-a-side football once again ended in disappointed, when they were routed by St Paul's Church, Holgate.
An under-strength, under-fit and under-paced Hearts side were thumped 10-3 in the match at Oaklands on Sunday.
Neil Sanderson got the pick of the Hearts goals, with a well-placed free-kick that briefly reduced the deficit briefly to 3-2, but the pace of the St Paul's midfield and attack proved decisive.
Thanks to St Paul's for organising both the match and post-match grub at The Fox Inn in Holgate Road.
