York Jambos were trounced by Jet Screen 13-4 at the Roko Stadium on Thursday night. To be fair the boys had a great first half, playing their best football of the season and went in only 3-2 down. A fluke early second half goal saw the jambos heads go down and it was soon 8-2 only for YHSC to start playing again. Some great passing football got them a couple more goals but Jet Screen kept the pressure on to get a well deserved win. Goals from Ghandi(2) Kermit and Ibby and some great performances from the boys kept the spirits high as we headed for the Horse. Stampy, in goal for his first full game was deservedly man of the match, the rest of the team was Bedo, Ninja, Ibby, Ghandi, Kermit, Batman, Bruno and new boy Rory.
