Hearts horsed

Seven from York made the trip north to Tynecastle on Sunday, for the SPL match against Celtic. A further 12 gathered in the White Horse to watch it on TV. Sadly, the turnout was one of few highs on a pretty grim day for Hearts, who went down tamely to a 2-0 defeat.

The trip went fairly well, aside from a couple of unplanned/unwanted diversions via Sunderland and Ripon on the way home. As ever, the pub and chippy were about as good as it got once we hit Edinburgh.

If anyone wants to go to Hearts v Hamilton next Wednesday night (Nov 12) please let us know. A few of us are considering going up by road. Bear in mind that Gav will be going - and he hasn't seen us win at Tynecastle for 13 months now, so may be something of a jinx.
